Anchoring Away!

Two down, seven more to go. I’m anchoring my little Phoebe images with fusion on the back to keep them strongly attached to the fabric. I add little accents and details as I go so you can’t see the edges, and the “patch” is firmly anchored throughout the body. It feels like a final visit in many ways. The next time I work on the cloth around these little birds will be to focus on the background quilting. So I take time to study their details as I work. I continue to admire the spirit of these little birds. So much energy and self determination!

Happily retired! Renewing my interests in music and art. Hoping to improve my skills in all creative areas.
