Gallery News and Price Reduction

Today I took some items to the Blue Portal Gallery here in Albuquerque. They support senior artists (over 55) and sell their creations without a commission. The staff is all volunteer. The gallery volunteers took two lap quilts (Spirit Lion & Zebra Rose), a Teddy Bear I called “Clash,” and a zipper pouch with my Daisy Delirium design. After looking at the other products for sale there, I decided to reduce my lap quilts to $60.00 each. I don’t know how the other artists make ends meet at the prices they charge there. But I’m happy to have some items in the public view for sale.
